Every Stak computer system is rigorously soak tested for at least 72 hours prior to despatch. The entire process is monitored by trained engineers and then signed off by a quality manager thus ensuring the production of a highly reliable machine. For that extra peace of mind, every computer system manufactured at Stak Trading is covered by Stak Premier Service. In the unlikely event of a hardware problem, we will courier collect the system, resolve the fault, test the machine, and then courier deliver back to you, all at no additional charge. Stak Premier Service avoids the pitfalls of on site agreements, we do not shun our responsibilities by farming out our servicing to impersonal third party maintenance firms. We also have a technical support which can be accessed during their office hours. Please note that Stak Premier Service only applies to systems which have been dispatched to the Customer.
